1. General

By using the services provided by Wash St. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) via our website (https://washst.sg) or in-person, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services

We provide laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services. While we strive to provide the highest quality care, we are not responsible for:

  • Inherent defects in the material or workmanship of the garment that are not apparent before processing.
  • Damage to buttons, ornaments, sequins, buckles, zippers, or any other trimmings.
  • Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, money, electronics).

3. Pick-up and Delivery

  • Minimum Order: A minimum spend may apply for free delivery. Orders below this amount will incur a delivery fee.
  • Attendance: If our driver arrives for a scheduled pick-up or delivery and no one is present, a surcharge for a missed trip may apply for the rescheduling.
  • Turnaround Time: While we aim to meet all scheduled deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, or technical breakdowns).

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

  • Check all garments for damage prior to handover.
  • Declare any high-value items (above S$200) or items requiring special care before processing.
  • Notify us of any discrepancies or damage within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.



Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Pick-up: You may cancel or reschedule your order free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Last-minute Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled window or “no-shows” at the door may be subject to a S$10.00 administrative/transport fee.

2. Refund Eligibility Refunds are strictly evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are typically issued under the following circumstances:

  • Overpayment: If an automated payment or deposit exceeds the final service amount.
  • Non-Serviceable Items: If an item is picked up but deemed “uncleanable” or “high-risk” by our specialists, a refund for that specific item’s cleaning fee will be issued.
  • Service Cancellation: If a prepaid order is cancelled within the permitted timeframe.

3. Unclaimed Items

Any items not collected or delivered within 30 days of the completion date may be disposed of or donated to charity at the Company’s discretion without further notice.
